An online space with optional in-person events to help build community. This space is primarily for women of color to connect, find resources, and recharge while being seen and feeling supported. It is A space to belong, as you advance towards your next goal in work and/or your life, powered by a community of other trailblazers.

Yes, you can join as an ally. However, please note your race and culture combine to define you and in this space, when we use the term "woman of color", we mean any woman of a race other than white. This is done to create a space that is as safe as possible for non-white women. If you would like to join as an ally, you are welcome to do so. If you aren't sure whether you're an ally, you can watch this video and we suggest connecting with your friends who meet the criteria to determine if this is a space for you.

We use an inclusive definition of “woman” and “female” and we welcome anyone who identifies as such.

As a paid member of The.Well, you receive access to our member-only knowledge sessions that help you advance and/or manager your work and your life. You also receive priority access to any in-person events. With a focus on work, life and community, you also benefit from a space that doesn't require you to cover, code switch or split your personality. Instead, you can show up as your authentic self. This space is curated to help women who are sitting in the middle, but are also the first or an only. What do we mean by that? Women who have reached a certain level of success in their careers or business find themselves in a place where they can provide lots of advice to new business owners, hobbyists and early career women, but they end up not receiving a lot of value in return. Yet, when entering some of the more advanced and elite spaces for successful women, they don't find the level of support they need either. There aren't enough resources for those of us in the middle. We have found that many women are also first in their family to attend college, first to reach a certain level of career success or are the only woman in their department. Again, that leaves them feeling under-resourced without support. If you resonate with any of this, then this space is for you. If you want women to succeed in their business, their career and their overall life then this space is for you. Some of us tried to do all the things society expected - went to college, excelled in our careers, got married, had children . . . and some of us didn't. What we've learned though, is as women, we eventually end up in similar places, and we'd like to support you while you're navigating it all.

Access to our community costs $19 per month or $200 for the year. As a thank you for supporting our launch, for your first year, access is currently set at $100 for the year or $11/mth for all members who join prior to December 15, 2024.

The fee is to ensure we all have a stake in the community and to pay for the management of the events, the technology behind the online community and honorariums for speakers. As such, as those costs increase, so might ours. However, at this time, we have no intention of increasing the fee, other than to its regular cost of $200/year or $19/mth beginning at the end of 2024.
